delivery & returns information
All of my products are designed and hand printed to order here in my little home office at House of Henry. Once payment has been received either online or via invoice, work on your order will commence. I aim to send orders out within five working days but this can occasionally be longer during busy times.
Working out postage and packing costs on products that vary so widely in size, shape, weight and value is very complicated, so keep things simple all orders are subject to a flat rate of £5.00 P&P for Royal Mail 1st class signed-for delivery. Delivery time is around 2-5 working days after despatch.
You can upgrade your order to DPD courier if you prefer a faster, timed delivery slot. Delivery time is usually the next working day after despatch.
Delivery is included in the price of products in the 'basics stationery range'.
The products listed in the 'professionally printed business stationery range' are outsourced to a reputable printer and delivery is either via Royal Mail or DPD directly from the printer. Tracking links from the courier will be forwarded to you.
Unless the order is a repeat, you will have usually received a digital proof to approve prior to printing. Because your order is made specially for you, I can only accept returns if there is a failure in the product itself, not if an incorrect design has been approved and subsequently printed. However in the first instance please email me, Alison, at email@example.com and I will do my best to help you.
If you still need to return the item, I will provide a postal address for you to send it to.
A full refund will be issued once the item has been received and assessed.
