delivery & returns information
All of my products are designed and hand printed to order here in my little home office at House of Henry. Once payment has been received either online or via invoice, work on your order will commence. I aim to send orders out within five working days.
The products listed on the graphic design and print services page are outsourced to a professional and reputable printer. Delivery is via Royal Mail or DPD Courier directly from the printer. Tracking links for the courier service will be forwarded to you.
To get your products to you, I use either Royal Mail's 1st class signed-for service or DPD Courier. The delivery time for either service is usually 1-5 working days after despatch and you will receive an email with your tracking details if your order has been sent via courier. Inevitably there will be issues with deliveries occasionally, but rest assured I will work hard to resolve them.
P&P for products purchased via the website:
Order value up to £29.99 = £2.75
Order value £30 – £49.99 = £5.00
Order value £50 and over = £7.50 (usually sent via special delivery or DPD courier)
If your order value falls into the Royal Mail delivery category (up to £49.99), you can upgrade to DPD Courier delivery if you prefer, simply select this option from the dropdown when checking out. DPD offers a fully trackable service with a one hour delivery window.
Due to the many different sizes, shapes and weights of products, especially combinations of products, calculating P&P has to be based on order value. Sometimes the P&P rates above turn out to be too much, so in these instances a P&P adjustment refund will be issued.
P&P for products purchased via invoice will be calculated depending on the size/weight/value of your order.
Unless the order is a repeat, you will have usually received a digital proof to approve prior to printing. Because your order is made specially for you, I can only accept returns if there is a failure in the product itself, not if an incorrect design has been approved and subsequently printed. However in the first instance please email me, Alison, at email@example.com and I will do my best to help you.
If you still need to return the item, I will provide a postal address for you to send it to.
A full refund will be issued once the item has been received and assessed.
