delivery & returns information
All of my products are designed and hand printed to order here in my little home office at House of Henry. Once payment has been received either online or via invoice, work on your order will commence. I aim to send orders out within five working days but this can occasionally be longer during busy times.
Shipping rates are generated using a combination of order value, size, shape and weight.
P&P will fall into one of the following price bands:
Physical products – £2.75 / £5.00 / £7.50 (DPD)
You can also upgrade any order to DPD delivery.
Business stationery – delivery is included in the price of these items.
To get your products to you, I use either Royal Mail 1st class signed-for service or DPD. The delivery time is around 2-5 working days (Royal Mail) and 1-2 working days (DPD) after despatch. You will receive an email with your tracking details if your order has been sent via courier. Inevitably there will be issues with deliveries occasionally, but rest assured I will work hard to resolve them.
The products listed in the 'professional range' on the graphic design and print services page are outsourced to a reputable printer and delivery is via Royal Mail or DPD directly from the printer. Tracking links for the courier service will be forwarded to you.
Unless the order is a repeat, you will have usually received a digital proof to approve prior to printing. Because your order is made specially for you, I can only accept returns if there is a failure in the product itself, not if an incorrect design has been approved and subsequently printed. However in the first instance please email me, Alison, at email@example.com and I will do my best to help you.
If you still need to return the item, I will provide a postal address for you to send it to.
A full refund will be issued once the item has been received and assessed.
